Whipped Ricotta With Caper

  • Ishka Farms Capers
  • Green Peppercorns
  • Caper Leaves
  • Olive Oil
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Ricotta
  • Ishka Farms Caper Pepper Sprinkle

How to Prepare
  1. In a pan, heat some Ishka’s Capers, green peppercorns and caper leaves in olive oil. Drain it and set it aside.
  2. In the pan with the same oil, add cherry tomatoes and blister them over medium-high heat.
  3. Whip the ricotta and keep it chilled (You can swap the ricotta for hung curd).


  1. In a shallow serving bowl, spread the whipped ricotta.
  2. Top with the capers, caper leaves, green peppercorns and blistered tomatoes.
  3. Season with Ishka’s caper pepper sprinkle.
  4. Serve with toasted bread, crisp pita or chips.
