Shipping Policy:

1, We ship only within India. We use trusted courier services to ship the products packed as per the packing standards set forth by the courier company to ship glass bottles with liquid inside. Our freight charges in India are fixed as per the following category based on value and volumes:

2, We don’t do free shipping anywhere in India. All purchases are shipped from our own or third-party warehouses/ stores or offices from various points in India. Our endeavour is to make the products reach you within 7-10 days from receipt of order and payment. Order deliveries will be made usually between 10.30 am – 7 pm Monday –Sunday. We do not offer a COD facility, and all deliveries are prepaid.

3, We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order. Since the transactions are authorized by the cardholder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order. The delivery will NOT be redirected/redelivered to any other address in any circumstance.

4, Our products are packaged in secure packaging. If you find that the package is tampered with, please do not accept delivery of the same from the carrier. Immediately contact us at [email protected]

5, Products ordered in one cart will be shipped to one shipping address. For requirements in which the products need to be shipped to separate addresses, separate orders need to be placed via separate carts.

6, Loss or theft from date & point of dispatch to date & point of delivery gets lost. But on the off chance that the shipping label comes off, or the package is torn and the contents scattered, you’ll have no choice but to file a lost package claim with the carrier.

7, Ishka Farms will refund the entire order money to the customer when Ishka Farms consider the order delivery “failed” in the following cases:

  • Delivery not done due to wrong address.
  • Recipient not available.
  • Premises locked.
  • In case of floods/heavy rains/national bandh/lockdowns.

In case the product is not delivered due to any of the above reasons, we will inform you about the same. All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to [email protected] on the day of delivery or through the contact us page on our online store. Also, the said shortage of goods needs to be highlighted and signed on the delivery challan copy and returned to the delivery person.

Delivery Charges: Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out, and consumers will know about this before making payments.

Returns Policy: At Ishka Farms, we are very particular about ensuring customer satisfaction by providing the finest quality of products. If for some reason, you wish to EXCHANGE / RETURN within 30 days of receipt of goods, the same may be done by sending it to us well packed by courier. On receipt, we will examine if the items are received in unopened or un-damaged conditions and check for any contaminations as per Internal Quality Control Standards. If found to pass our internal processes of quality checking of the returned item, we will refund the amount received subject to any deductions such as GST or lab charges, if any, and exchange items as desired with the request to [email protected].

Dispatch: Due to courier timelines, all orders received before 2 p.m will be processed on the same day. Orders received after 2 . p.m. will be processed on the next business day. Orders are not dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
