Towards this, Ishka Farms signed an MOU with ICAR-CIFT for detailed analysis of the different parts of the Caper plant as well as Moringa leaf. We have now commenced filing patents and plan to have innovative products in wellness, sports and nutraceutical markets by 2024-25.

The Caper Pepper Sprinkle and Caper Berbere carry the umami of Ishka Farms flinders rose cured in the mineral-rich Tuticorin sea salt. the Caper Pepper Sprinkle, highlight the fruity notes of the black peppercorns from the western ghats of kerala and carry the undertones of fried onions and garlic, whereas the caper berbere has floral and spicy notes from the dry kashmiri chilies and local smoked paprika with a subtle hint of the heat from our black peppercorns.
Our herb infused and flavourful spreads like Caperberry Mustard, Smoked Caper Sofrito and Black Garlic Spread are versatile for use in sandwiches, pasta, complementing cheese board and fried snacks. The caperberry mustard highlights the texture of the caperberry seeds.
