Whipped Ricotta With Caper

- Ishka Farms Capers
- Green Peppercorns
- Caper Leaves
- Olive Oil
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Ricotta
- Ishka Farms Caper Pepper Sprinkle
How to Prepare
- In a pan, heat some Ishka’s Capers, green peppercorns and caper leaves in olive oil. Drain it and set it aside.
- In the pan with the same oil, add cherry tomatoes and blister them over medium-high heat.
- Whip the ricotta and keep it chilled (You can swap the ricotta for hung curd).
Assembly
- In a shallow serving bowl, spread the whipped ricotta.
- Top with the capers, caper leaves, green peppercorns and blistered tomatoes.
- Season with Ishka’s caper pepper sprinkle.
- Serve with toasted bread, crisp pita or chips.
