Ingredients & Quantity
  • Eggs 4 (Cook in boiling salted water for 7-8 minutes, plunge into ice water to stop further cooking, peel and chop)
  • Ishka Farms Caperberry Mustard 1 tbsp
  • Mayo 150 Gms
  • Ishka Farms Black Garlic Caper Spread 2 tbsp.
  • Chopped Chives 1 tbsp.
  • 4 thick-cut slices of brioche/ or preferred bread loaf
  • Pickled Cucumbers – to garnish
  • 4 eggs make 2 full sandwiches

How to Prepare
  1. In a mixing bowl whisk the Mayo and Caperberry Mustard till well combined.
  2. Add chopped eggs and chives.
  3. Season with Ishka Farms Caper Pepper Sprinkle, if not sea salt.
  4. Spread one tbsp of Black Garlic Caper Spread on each slice of brioche.
  5. Add the egg mixture to the edges of the brioche and form a sandwich.
  6. Take the sandwich to a pan & toast till golden. Approx. 2-3 minutes to a side.
  7. Cut into four and serve with a side of pickled cucumber/fries / sauce of your preference
