Loaded Nachos

Ingredients & Quantity
  • 200g spinach chips/ preferred nacho chips.
  • 1/3 cup black beans, boiled or canned.
  • 1 avocado diced, dressed in lemon and olive oil.
  • 1 jar Ishka Farms Smoked Caper Sofrito.
  • 2 tbsp sour cream.
  • Parmesan cheese, grated.
  • 2 tbsp chopped chives.
  • Optional: Jalapeños or chopped chillis.

How to Prepare
  1. Scatter your spinach chips in a flat bowl and top with cooked black beans from a can and diced avocado.
  2. Spoon on the Ishka Farms Smoked Caper Sofrito .
  3.  Add a generous dollop of  sour cream and finish by shaving some fresh parmesan over the dish.
  4. Garnish with chopped chives.
  5. To amp up the heat  add jalapenos or fresh chopped chilli.
