Loaded Nachos

Ingredients & Quantity
  • 200g spinach chips (or any nacho chips)
  • 1/3 cup black beans (boiled/canned)
  • 1 avocado diced (coated in lemon & olive oil)
  • 1 Ishka Farms Caper Sofrito
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 2 tbsp chopped chives
  • JalapeƱos or chopped chillis (optional)

How to Prepare
  1. Scatter your chips in a flat bowl and top it with cooked black beans and diced avocado.
  2. Add the Ishka Farms Caper Sofrito as per your taste and fun fact, it can be served warm too.
  3. Add a generous dollop of the sour cream and finish up by shaving some fresh parmesan cheese over the dish.
  4. Garnish your nachos with chopped chives and you can amp up the heat by adding some jalapenos or fresh chopped chilli.
