Loaded Nachos
Ingredients & Quantity
- 200g spinach chips (or any nacho chips)
- 1/3 cup black beans (boiled/canned)
- 1 avocado diced (coated in lemon & olive oil)
- 1 Ishka Farms Caper Sofrito
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 2 tbsp chopped chives
- JalapeƱos or chopped chillis (optional)
How to Prepare
- Scatter your chips in a flat bowl and top it with cooked black beans and diced avocado.
- Add the Ishka Farms Caper Sofrito as per your taste and fun fact, it can be served warm too.
- Add a generous dollop of the sour cream and finish up by shaving some fresh parmesan cheese over the dish.
- Garnish your nachos with chopped chives and you can amp up the heat by adding some jalapenos or fresh chopped chilli.
