Loaded Nachos
Ingredients & Quantity
- 200g spinach chips/ preferred nacho chips.
- 1/3 cup black beans, boiled or canned.
- 1 avocado diced, dressed in lemon and olive oil.
- 1 jar Ishka Farms Smoked Caper Sofrito.
- 2 tbsp sour cream.
- Parmesan cheese, grated.
- 2 tbsp chopped chives.
- Optional: Jalapeños or chopped chillis.
How to Prepare
- Scatter your spinach chips in a flat bowl and top with cooked black beans from a can and diced avocado.
- Spoon on the Ishka Farms Smoked Caper Sofrito .
- Add a generous dollop of sour cream and finish by shaving some fresh parmesan over the dish.
- Garnish with chopped chives.
- To amp up the heat add jalapenos or fresh chopped chilli.
