Ingredients & Quantity

300g frozen Fries (your preferred brand of – Potato wedges/Sweet Potatoe/Yuca/Cassava )

  • 2 tsp Ishka Caper Pepper Sprinkle
  • 2 tbsp Ishka Smoked Caper Sofrito
  • 1 tsp Truffle Oil (optional)

How to Prepare
  1. Cook your preferred fries by frying/baking/air frying. Once crisp and golden brown, transfer to absorbent paper and season generously with Caper Pepper Sprinkle.
  2. Serve the Smoked Caper Sofrito as a dipping sauce, either chunky straight from the jar or blend it into smoother ketchup like consistency.
  3. Add Truffle Oil to the fries to amp up the flavour.
