- Ghee
- Cashew Nutes
- Curry Leaves
- Ishka Caper Pepper Sprinkle
How to Prepare
- Warm the ghee till medium temperature
- Add the cashew and fry till light golden
- Tear in curry leaves and fry till crispy
- Strain
- Season with Ishka Caper Pepper Sprinkle while still hot
