Chilli Cheese Melt

Ingredients & Quantity
  • Pondy Orange Cheese
  • Baby Swiss Cheese
  • 2 slices Rustic Loaf
  • Chopped Bell Peppers
  • Chopped Spring onions
  • Ishka Farms Kerala Hot Sauce
  • Ishka Farms Caperberry Mustard

How to Prepare
  1. Mix the grated cheese, bell peppers and spring onions in a bowl. Season with Kerala Hot Sauce and mix well.
  2. Toast two slices of the Rustic Loaf and smear the Caperberry Mustard on one.
  3. Load the mixture onto the toasted bread.
  4. Make a sandwich with the other slice.
  5. Heat a pan and add some butter.
  6. Toast both sides till golden brown, and enjoy!
