Black Garlic Glaze with Tempeh
Ingredients & Quantity
- 3 cloves garlic – chopped
- 1 inch ginger – cut into thick slices
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 Tbsp black garlic sauce
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
- 2-3 tsp water
How to Prepare
- Add all the ingredients to a pot and cook uncovered until reduced. Keep stirring to avoid burning.
- Remove the ginger slices before using this as a glaze.
- Marinate your tempeh in the glaze for 30 mins, and stir fry on high heat till crisp.
