Chilli Cheese Melt
Ingredients & Quantity
- Pondy Orange Cheese
- Baby Swiss Cheese
- 2 slices Rustic Loaf
- Chopped Bell Peppers
- Chopped Spring onions
- Ishka Farms Kerala Hot Sauce
- Ishka Farms Caperberry Mustard
How to Prepare
- Mix the grated cheese, bell peppers and spring onions in a bowl. Season with Kerala Hot Sauce and mix well.
- Toast two slices of the Rustic Loaf and smear the Caperberry Mustard on one.
- Load the mixture onto the toasted bread.
- Make a sandwich with the other slice.
- Heat a pan and add some butter.
- Toast both sides till golden brown, and enjoy!
