Spicy Corn Fritters

Ingredients & Quantity
  • Boiled Corn Kernels -2 cups
  • All purpose flour – 3 tablespoon
  • Diced Red bell pepper -1/4 cup
  • Diced Red onion –1 /4 cup
  • Ishka Sea Salt – to taste
  • Chopped Spring Onion – 1 /2cup
  • Sesame seeds – 1tablespoon
  • Ishka Kerala hot sauce – 3 tablespoon
  • Egg/ Ricotta – Optional

How to Prepare
  1. Mix all your ingredients and let it stand for 10 minutes.
  2. If needed, add water until you get a thick, dropping consistency.
  3. The egg is optional, but it helps create a crispier fritter and adds a little extra protein.
  4. Ricotta also boosts your protein intake and makes the fritters extra creamy.
  5. Serve with a little extra Kerala Hot Sauce.
