Spicy Corn Fritters
Ingredients & Quantity
- Boiled Corn Kernels -2 cups
- All purpose flour – 3 tablespoon
- Diced Red bell pepper -1/4 cup
- Diced Red onion –1 /4 cup
- Ishka Sea Salt – to taste
- Chopped Spring Onion – 1 /2cup
- Sesame seeds – 1tablespoon
- Ishka Kerala hot sauce – 3 tablespoon
- Egg/ Ricotta – Optional
How to Prepare
- Mix all your ingredients and let it stand for 10 minutes.
- If needed, add water until you get a thick, dropping consistency.
- The egg is optional, but it helps create a crispier fritter and adds a little extra protein.
- Ricotta also boosts your protein intake and makes the fritters extra creamy.
- Serve with a little extra Kerala Hot Sauce.
