Moringa Rice Stir-Fry

Moringa dishes have always been the elite side dish of a number of south Indian cuisines. This home-style recipe for Moringa Rice Stir-Fry makes a great accompaniment with rice and pepper rasam.
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups of beef that are sliced up into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups of white rice
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 ½ tablespoon dried Ishka Moringa powder
- ¾ cup of green beans
- 1 tablespoon of red pepper flakes
- 1 ½ tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oil
- Salt and pepper for seasoning
How to Prepare
Cook the 2 cups of rice in a pot at a medium flame. Fill the pot with water enough to cover the rice by about 1 inch.
Now cover the pot with a lid and set it aside; let the rice cook for about 15 minutes.
Take another saucepan and lightly cook the green beans for a few minutes.
Add 1 tablespoon of oil to a different pan, heat the oil for some time and add the onions to it. Sauté the onion for several minutes until golden brown.
Now add the sliced up beef to the sauteed onions and cook again for another 15-20 minutes.
Add the lightly cooked green beans and rice to the well-heated meat and onions.
Finally, spread the Ishka moringa powder on the stir-fry and thoroughly mix the powder in with the rest of the mixture.
Add Salt and pepper as much as you need for taste.
Remove the stir-fry from the flames and leave it cool for a few minutes. And there you have it, Moringa Rice Stir-Fry all ready to serve.
