Moringa Leaf Cookies
Ingredients & Quantity
Makes 30 small cookies
- * 100 gms dry Moringa Leaf
- 250 gms Butter
- 250 gms Icing sugar
- 1 large Egg
- 250 gms Flour
- 5 gms Baking powder
How to Prepare
Beat the butter and sugar till fluffy. Add the eggs to it and mix well.
In another bowl, sieve the flour and baking powder. Add the Moringa leaf/powder to it and incorporate it into the butter, sugar, egg mixture. Rollout and punch the cookies balls. Place on a greased the baking tray.
Bake in a preheated oven at 155 C for 13 minutes.
Now the Moringa cookies are ready to serve!
