Moringa Leaf Ada

- * 100 gms dry Moringa Leaf
- Rice flour 250g
- Roasted channa dal 20g
- Grated coconut 100g
- Ghee 25ml
- Raisins 10g
- Cashewnut 10g
- Salt to taste
- Banana Leaf – for moulding and steaming
How to Prepare
Boil some water in a pan with a pinch of salt. Add rice flour to it and cook well till it forms a thick dough.
For the filling, heat ghee in a pan, saute channa dal, raisins, cashewnut, grated coconut and add dry Moringa Leaf or Powder.
Cut banana leaf into roundels.
Press the warm rice flour dough onto the banana Leaf and place the filling on one half. Fold it into half moon shape and steam for 15 minutes.
Serve hot.
