Fattet Hummus

Ingredients & Quantity
  • Hung curd- 2 cups
  • Tahini – 1 tbsp
  • Ishka Caper Pepper Sprinkle- 2 tsp
  • Boiled chickpeas- 1 cup
  • Pita chips- 1/2 cup
  • Olive oil- 2 tbsp
  • Ishka Capers- drained & patted dry- 1 tbsp
  • Ishka Caper Berbere- 2 tsp
  • Parsley – to garnish
  • Berbere spiced crisp Capers- to garnish

How to Prepare
  1. Season hung curd with tahini and Caper Pepper Sprinkle.
  2. Smash chickpeas and place them in the bowl you plan to serve in.
  3. Layer the crisp pita chips over the smashed chickpeas.
  4. Pour over the seasoned hung curd.
  5. Bloom the Capers in olive oil and add Caper Berbere to it while the oil is still warm and pour this over the curd layer.
  6. Garnish with crisp Berbere spiced chickpeas and chopped parsley.
  7. Serve immediately.
