Cauliflower Dip

Ingredients & Quantity
  • 1/2 cauliflower boiled and charred
  • 1/2 cup chickpeas
  • 1/3 cup cream
  • 1 tbsp kasundi mustard
  • Salt to taste

To temper

  1. Oil
  2. 1/4 cup coriander chopped
  3. 1 small onion chopped
  4. 1/2 Malta chopped
  5. 1 tsp sesame roasted
  6. 1 tsp Ishka farms Caper Berbere
  7. 1/2 tsp onion seeds
  8. 4 piece torn dry red chillie

How to Prepare
  1. Blend all the ingredients for the dip to your preferred consistency and place in serving bowl
  2. Heat oil and pour over the ingredients to temper.
  3. Top the dip with tempered ingredients.
  4. Enjoy with crudites or toasted sourdough
