Cauliflower Dip
Ingredients & Quantity
- 1/2 cauliflower boiled and charred
- 1/2 cup chickpeas
- 1/3 cup cream
- 1 tbsp kasundi mustard
- Salt to taste
To temper
- Oil
- 1/4 cup coriander chopped
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1/2 Malta chopped
- 1 tsp sesame roasted
- 1 tsp Ishka farms Caper Berbere
- 1/2 tsp onion seeds
- 4 piece torn dry red chillie
How to Prepare
- Blend all the ingredients for the dip to your preferred consistency and place in serving bowl
- Heat oil and pour over the ingredients to temper.
- Top the dip with tempered ingredients.
- Enjoy with crudites or toasted sourdough
