Bolengir Fry

Ingredients & Quantity

• White Bait / Silver Fish / Bolengir
• Ishka Farms Caper Berbere
• Rawa
• Coconut oil / preferred oil for fryng

For the marinade

• Ishka Farms Sea salt
• Turmeric
• Ishka Farms whole Peppercorn
• Ishka Farms Caper Berbere

How to Prepare

1. Crush all the spices for the marinade in a mortar and pestal.
2. Coat your preferred fish with the marinade
3. Roll in rawa
4. Drop into hot oil & fry till golden
5. Season with Ishka Farms Caper Berbere
