Moringa Leaf ‘n Beef Sliders

Serves 4
For the Patty
- *250 gms Dry Moringa Leaf
- 200g Minced beef
- 100g Garlic
- 100g Ginger
- 10g Chilly powder
- 5g Coriander powder
- 2g Turmeric powder
- 2g Garam masala
- 2g Black pepper powder
- 50 ml Coconut oil
- Salt To Taste
For assembling the slider
- 4 Slider Buns
- 4 slices of Cheese
- 8 thin slices of tomato
- 8 thin slices of cucumber
- 4 Lettuce Leaf washed, drained and patted dry
How to Prepare
For the Patty
If using dry leaf, soak for half an hour and grind to a fine paste.
Alternatively, mix the moringa powder in water to make a thick paste.
Mix the minced beef with ginger, garlic, all the masalas and salt.
Shape into round patties and marinate it with the Moringa Leaf paste.
Bake in an oven for 8 minutes at 175 C.
To assemble
Cut the slider buns into halves. Place lettuce on the base. Put slices of tomato and cucumber. Place the patties on top of the vegetables. Place a slice of cheese on top and close the bun with the top half.
Serve with roasted potatoes and pickled vegetables.
