Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet and reserve a cup of the pasta water for later.
In a separate pan, heat some olive oil and add in the chopped garlic & red chillies as per your taste. Once it turns brown, add in the cherry tomatoes & basil and cook.
Then add in the cooked pasta and stir well. Season it with some salt and pepper.
Add in a spoonful of Caper Berries and some pasta water. Give it a good mix and add a small piece of butter.
Serve it with fresh burrata and a drizzle of olive oil.
