Fattet Hummus
Ingredients & Quantity
- Hung curd- 2 cups
- Tahini – 1 tbsp
- Ishka Caper Pepper Sprinkle- 2 tsp
- Boiled chickpeas- 1 cup
- Pita chips- 1/2 cup
- Olive oil- 2 tbsp
- Ishka Capers- drained & patted dry- 1 tbsp
- Ishka Caper Berbere- 2 tsp
- Parsley – to garnish
- Berbere spiced crisp Capers- to garnish
How to Prepare
- Season hung curd with tahini and Caper Pepper Sprinkle.
- Smash chickpeas and place them in the bowl you plan to serve in.
- Layer the crisp pita chips over the smashed chickpeas.
- Pour over the seasoned hung curd.
- Bloom the Capers in olive oil and add Caper Berbere to it while the oil is still warm and pour this over the curd layer.
- Garnish with crisp Berbere spiced chickpeas and chopped parsley.
- Serve immediately.
