Whipped Ricotta with Capers
Ingredients & Quantity
- Bloom Ishka farm’s Capers, Green Peppercorn and Caper leaves in Olive oil; drain and set aside.
- In the same oil blister cherry tomato.
- Whip Ricotta and keep chilled (you can swap the Ricotta out with hung curd).
How to Prepare
- Spread the whipped Ricotta in a shallow serving bowl.
- Top with the Capers, Caper Leaves, Green Peppercorns and blistered tomato.
- Season with Caper Pepper Sprinkle
- Serve with Toasted bread, crisp Pita or Chips.
