Moringa Leaf Vada

Ingredients & Quantity

Serves 6 portions

  • 100g Dry Moringa Leaf or powder
  • 100g Channa dal
  • 50g Toovar dal
  • 50g Moong dal
  • 100g Shallots
  • 10g Red chilly
  • 50g Ginger
  • 50g Curry Leaf
  • 20g Green chillies
  • Salt to taste

How to Prepare

Soak both the dals and red chilly together for an hour. Crush in a blender. Add chopped shallots, ginger, curry leaf  and green chilly to the crushed dals. Shape into roundels and deep fry in hot oil. Serve with chutney of your choice.
