Whipped Ricotta with Capers

Ingredients & Quantity
  • Bloom Ishka farm’s Capers, Green Peppercorn and Caper leaves in Olive oil; drain and set aside.
  • In the same oil blister cherry tomato.
  • Whip Ricotta and keep chilled (you can swap the Ricotta out with hung curd).

How to Prepare

To assemble:

  1. Spread the whipped Ricotta in a shallow serving bowl.
  2. Top with the Capers, Caper Leaves, Green Peppercorns and blistered tomato.
  3. Season with Caper Pepper Sprinkle
  4. Serve with Toasted bread, crisp Pita or Chips.
