Moringa Leaf Bread

Ingredients & Quantity

Makes approximately 25 slices

  • 100 gms dry Moringa Leaf /Powder
  • 500 gms wheat flour
  • 25 gms Sugar
  • 10 gms Salt
  • 11 gms Gluten
  • 5 gms Improver
  • 12 gms Yeast
  • 30 ml Water

How to Prepare

Preheat the oven to 165 C.

Sieve the flour and mix in all the ingredients except water with the flour. Add enough water and knead well till a non-sticky dough is formed. Cut the dough in 2 pieces. Fold the dough and allow it to prove in the bread mould.
Bake at 165 C in a preheated oven for 35 minutes. Cool and slice.
